whats all the fuss about?
the Mr. Fantasy > Hey Jude thing is soooo boring and not very well sung, i tire of seeing this in shows during this time period.
the Bird Song is the only stand out of the whole show, the rest is just above average.

Overshadowed by the other shows although I don't recall seeing a Row Jimmy in L.A. since '76 so it and the new songs like Fooolish Heart were interesting, although if I recall he forgot the words and was better in Sacramento the next year on that song amongst others ?

just listening to this show - i forgot how much fun it was rockin' out with Bob and the boys to one more SATURDAY NIGHT!
Bob is particularly 'excited' on this version - check it out! not too many off nights between summer '89 and summer '90 - can't get enough.

1st Show; Not Bad
I was hooked on the Dead when Brent sang Dear Mr. Fantasy; wish I'd seen more shows before he died. He was doing his amazing B3 thing and I love his backup singing and Solos. Excellent show overall; thanks to Internet Archive for allowing me to hear my first show, again and realize, yeah, that's why I went to another 30+ after this one.
