Old Man's getting on..
A good recording
Can't go wrong with Railroad Blues opener
(Check out R&R West Texas 71 in the 2nd Set Rocker slot)
MAMU-the song you were most likely to hear Stat wise at a Show.
B.E Woman-sounds almost mellow compared to previous tunes.
I love Phil singing all out backing Garcia.
BIODTL-lots of harmonies including Donna Jean
Next highlight for me is the HCS, why did they shelve this?
Never really got loose in the 2nd set and rarely played with WRS.
But what an all out great song.
Somebody picks up on EL PASO riff and starts clapping.
Loose Lucy-I can see why this one got yanked
but what a ballsy tune
Always associate this song with Money Money in 74
those tunes remind me of the old 'Dead & Spread' story.
This a super laid back version
Good Harmonies on "Thank You for a real good time"
Jack Straw- nurtured Europe 72 , so nice here
Like Billy on this a lot !
Wow I wasn't expecting Black Peter-- Jer's vocals!
PITB-These extended versions are great
to me they are like an entire drums>space in the 80's and 90's
Only reason I gave this 4 stars is because I had to switch recordings to get the correct concert sequence for SET TW0

also I would recommend the boswell, it is cleaner
but if you want to crank this raw sounboard to freakin eleven
it is not my place to cast stones..
Overall a quality recording of an East Coast show with horns
