Hey Pocky Way
Great version with plenty of Jerry/ Brent goodness (not a fan of the song? This one may change that)
9
Bird Song
Loose, vocals could be better, but the playing is very good. Jerry's voice was showing strain at this point. Not a 70s version, but I love the jams.
8
Brother Esau
Compact, very well played, whole band is tight. Bobby nails the vocals.
6
All New Minglewood Blues
A strong version with hot jam during the break.
24
Candyman
A really great version.
7
Cumberland Blues
Directly after the "Maggie's" from Postcards of the Hanging...this version is near perfect!!!
4
Throwing Stones
'87 is full of tight versions, but this is about as rock solid as they come. Roaring climax!
9
New Minglewood Blues
Absolutely rocking!
5
Stella Blue
Supurb! One of my all time favorites. See on Youtube.
20
Maggie's Farm
The Postcards version, scalding hot into an equally hot Cumberland to open set 2
8
West L.A. Fadeaway
Brent is just stellar accompniament and Jerry is killing it. Seek out the Charlie Miller version as per usual. This is one hot West LA.
5
Looks Like Rain
awesome bobby rap, solid version through out.
2
Terrapin Station
One of my favorite shows from '87. The whole thing is filled with energy and power, and this is no exception.
