Morning Dew
Despite a buzzkill audience patch, this one is as classic as they come
12
Let Me Sing Your Blues Away
Maybe the only version of this song I like!
3
Tennessee Jed
Solid grooving version. Jerry's final solo builds up nicely.
12
Playin' In The Band
Ending a first set that seems more '76 than '73 (slow grooves), this one finally gets off the leash and into a great jam.
10
Let It Grow
Surpirse not to see this here yet. Martin Fierro guests on sax and the short-lived horn section sounds great. A treat with historical importance.
3
Big River
Very uptempo and fun with some great solos. Good energy.
24
Dark Star
Moody, mellow, then into an explosive but still sparse jam (all before the verse). Colossal Phil then blows your mind and speakers. Excellent.
3
Feelin' Groovy Jam
To my ear, simply the best mellow jamming china rider out there. the feelin' groovy segue jam is just perfect.
15
Weather Report Suite
Surprised this isn't listed yet. This version is by far the best with the horns, with Jerry and Martin really getting into it with some fiery leads!
4
Row Jimmy
should have lots of votes
2
The Race Is On
A peppy upbeat version.
2
Sugar Magnolia
Jerry with some technically precise but beautiful runs
2
Loser
Nice ‘73 Loser
1
El Paso
Really dynamic.
2
Deal
Really mellow with a great crescendo at the end.
1
Beat it on Down The Line
Donna sounds incredible. Believe it.
2
Sugaree
Really like the gait and tone of this one for some reason
1
Jack Straw
blue hot
