this version paints a Rembrandt of the infinity of matter. Seminal. At over 30 minutes before becoming space, it is a billionaire deluxe experience of groupthink cruising through galaxies with urgent authority. magical version. I am surprised that this doesn't come up every time when talking about the best. Stands with any version.

2nd dark star jam out of drumz, sounds like Weir is playing funky or almost RHCP style midi wrist work, while the Garcia/Marsalis/Hornsby conference glides into new extrasensory meltdowns. The most amazingly unhinged stuff.
