Fast and fun, the crowd really digging it. Great show in spite of some sound quality issues.

Rehearsal, no vocals, brilliant explorations of the song in development. Great insight into the boys' collective mind.

First Truckin'>TOO ever? If so, that's pretty cool. It's the first one I know of.
Good Lovin'

McDonough Arena - Georgetown University

Very fine jam, sparks flying, and Pigpen's vox is perfect. I'll be damned but around minute 14 there's a little backup rhythm that sounds like the Good Lovin' redux c. '78 or so.

Cgarces and jagraham84: Check out Sept 30, 1971 for the early prototype, if you dig this song in its electric form. Cheers!
Dark Star
Oct. 17, 1970
Cleveland Music Hall

Anything gdtrfb recommends is a good listen and he's (she's?) not at all wrong here. This is an AUD-lover's Star, with all the perfect, moody, thematics of 1970. Builds and buds into glory. The only reason it's not higher is because it's only recently recovered. Enjoy!
The Wheel

Market Square Arena

Dreamishness-o-lisciousness. To 'get it' you should go back and hear the whole Playin'>d/s>wheel sequence. Go past the link here and find the Charlie Miller remix, obviously, for beautiful sound quality and balance.
