Great harp work from Pigpen, who's voice was still strong and full of blues: Great crunchy jamming from the band.

Any question's about primal Dead? Answer's right here in the outro of this psychedelic monster. A really hard core brainmelter, this.

Has it all. Builds and builds up to a great peak with Jer and Keith playing all out behind a great Bobby performance.

Maybe I'm the only Head out there who digs this song, but damn if this isn't a beauty. Tight harmonies and a good-times feeling.

Haters: Donna can't sing in tune? Really? Listen to this, even if you can't stand the song, and you'll know exactly what she could do with her voice. She always complained that she couldn't hear herself on stage, and knowing she could deliver when featured makes me wonder how many of her more egregious "interventions" could have been better mic'd, mixed, and leveled.

Glorious transition jam into Wharf Rat. It just seems to happen by accident: Everyone is putting together a beautiful inventive jam that doesn't resemble any other Eyes jam I know, then suddenly it's Wharf Rat, perfectly. Have to re-listen to it to hear if there were earlier hints that point to it....

Grendel said exactly what I was going to say here. The Help is just dynamite.

Just fell in love with this song again. Love, love, love.

Jaw dropping. I'm flabbergasted, shocked that I haven't heard this before. Top shelf Dead.
