Solid powerful version where they start gelling perfectly for the set.

Uptempo, intense, driving statement of holy-fuckiyana rock'n'roll. Not one I usually +1, but this is worth it. The SSDD is dynamite.

Hard-charging diesel burner here. Bobby's nice and high in the mix, so a nice treat. The jam into TOO is brilliant.

Why no love for this great show? It isn't one of the top 10 for the year - but it's '72 and they're flowing just exactly perfect.

A hot rocker with Phil high in the mix. This is a "get up and dance" version with everyone clearly having a blast.

Brilliant version, flawlessly executed in the return show. Jerry has that buzz-saw tone throughout the long and interesting Help>Slip transition, and Phil takes a cool solo.

Great comment from Glyn. Great version and a pivotal moment transitioning post-hiatus.

Not my favorite Franklin, (seems to drag a bit by the last vocals) but the mellow welcome-to-'76 vibe for the Help>Slip part are inspired. The setlist for this show is the stuff of dreams.

Very funny transition from a silly-slow start to a double-time finish. Half the band doesn't know what the f' is happening until they catch up. Funny capper to an historically important show.

Considering that the '76 Dead brought Mickey back, this song seems all the more important. If ever there's a two-drummer tune in the mid-70s repertoire, this is it. Great feel to it, and Bobby's kicking the shit out of the lyric. Great debut to a great song.
