Must listen for Phil fans. SBD is full of sound - quality is closely related to 4/16,4/19, and 4/24/78

Longer versions of songs never really move me - but the drawn out ending here is unreal. The build up is subtle and angry. Vocals are wailing yet there comes to a point where I can barely hear their voices over the ruckus. Simplicity at it's finest

A little stick of dynamite(clocks in at less than 11 mins) Not nearly as dynamic as all the greats from '77 but worth a listen for the few jabs of musical eruption and the excellent sound quality

A top 3 from '73 - my favorite year for the song. Although brief and not quite memorable - this is one of only two versions where Jer mixes in some fanning(6/14/91 is other)Shame on anyone who thinks any version from E72 tops this - this song didn't become great until USA72 imo

This guy knows his TMNS!!! Going to have to check out his '83-'89 recs, considering I think those were weak years for this song.
