I think I mixed up the dates. 8/6/74 and 8/4/76 are both beyond epic, but I think my description on 8/6 version is more apt for THIS version. So laid back, yet non-stop hard-hitting exhilaration. Only the Dead...

Truly fun. I tried explaining the irony of the Stayin' Alive tease to my Russian roommate, to no avail. The teases throughout really are spectacularly fun. No better word. This show is pretty unbelievable, by the way. A romp, indeed.

Fair enough: My opinion is this: Jack Straw is a classic song and there are many beautiful shades to the song throughout the years, and as such there are many incredible versions to dig. Much love back. "We can share it..."
