Stella Blue

Capitol Theater

Not the best recording, but Jerry vocals are just right on this version.

Throwing Stones

Bobby's voice is in top form on this tight, energetic version. The transition into NFA is flawless.

Not Fade Away

Giants Stadium

This is a tight, high enegy, version. Really about as good as this song got. You can tell the audience agreed.

Don't Ease Me In
Nov. 6, 1970
Capitol Theater

Good acoustic version of this song. The audio quality isn't as good as the 05/70 versions but the playing and vocals are quite good.

Attics of My Life

Capitol Theater

From an all acoustic set. Tight harmonies on this one.

Eyes Of The World
Sept. 28, 1977
Paramount Theatre

Agreed Ernie. I think Jerry had just received the modified Wolf by then. The high end is mellower then the Travis Beam. Very nice version of this song!
The Other One
Sept. 3, 1972
Folsom Field, University of Colorado

Classic 72 psychedelia here. Jerry starts out with searing sustained notes that dictate the direction of this one. It gets out there but always reigned back in, by then they could feel each others every move. Billy sounds like two drummers, partially due to the channel seperation. Then they transition into Wharf Rat, the defineitive sonic contrast, in my book. Overall, this is is a ride well worth taking.
Mind Left Body Jam
Sept. 6, 1979
Madison Square Garden

I really can't see calling that an MLB jam. My mind didn't go anywhere!
Jack Straw
Jan. 15, 1979
Springfield Civic Center

I'm surprised that this isn't way up on the list. It's a very clean and energetic version. Very strong vocals on this one. Jerry's fingers are flying all over his guitar, possibly tiger. This is one of the later Keith shows, but he sounds good, as does everyone else. If you like Jack Straw, then you should listen to this one and vote it up!
Mississippi Halfstep Uptown Toodeloo
Dec. 28, 1980
Oakland Auditorium

This is a very solid version, crisp and clear and just the right tempo. Brent is adding some very nice touches on electric piano. This is a good one for sure!
