Not the best recording, but Jerry vocals are just right on this version.

Bobby's voice is in top form on this tight, energetic version. The transition into NFA is flawless.

Not Fade Away

This is a tight, high enegy, version. Really about as good as this song got. You can tell the audience agreed.

Good acoustic version of this song. The audio quality isn't as good as the 05/70 versions but the playing and vocals are quite good.

From an all acoustic set. Tight harmonies on this one.

Morning Dew

Strand Lyceum

This one starts out a little rough - Phil noodling - then it quickly turns into a well played and heart felt dew.

Crisp and bouncy version. Smooth and tasty Strat work by Jerry. Pig delivers the vocal as well as he ever did on this version. I don't know how this one went without any votes for so long, considering this was such a strong and popular show!

Good recommendation, Cliff Hanger! Jerry's guitar playing is particularly good on this one.
He's Gone

^ That's quite a commitment to get on this just to vote for just one song, I hope you'll vote for others. You're right though, this is an omg version of this song, for several reasons: Jerry's enthusiasm and vocal excellence and guitar playing, the vocal harmonies by Bobby and Brent, the energy level by the entire band, and fially the exuberant outro. This is on you tube. which you would think would help to garner more votes.
Turn On Your Love Light
May 7, 1972
Bickershaw Festival

Rough start, then it comes out of the gate full blast. Phil and Billy are locked in driving this along. Jerry's strat plating is epic, as is Bobby's call and response work. I don't mind Pigs over-rapping, those guys knew how to make that work. This one is a cooker!
