There's so many great O1s from this era. This one is a stand out, mostly because of the inventiveness of Jerry's playing. There was something about that SG in 69 that brought out Jerry's psychedelic magic. Everyone else is feeling Jerrys every move on this one. Then the transition to Cryptical then Death is mind blowing. Prepare your head space, Listen then vote!

^Yes, this is the closest to the Marty Robbins version that I've heard. I usually don't dig their take on this song, but this one really works, my favorite for sure.

this is a very unusual and interesting 11! It's a long musical meandering that includes a lot of different movements and song quotes. Right before they work into an excerpt of Mountain Jam they play around with & We Bid you Goodnight, Which they play a little later; weird in a good way!
