Me and Bobby McGee

Very well sung. Bob is feeling it.

Candyman

Ice Stadium

It won't make you a Candyman fan, but if you dig that already, you will like this.

Feel Like A Stranger
Oct. 13, 1990
Ice Stadium

Phil and Vince lead the way. The rest of the band sounds like they took the day off.

Next Time You See Me

Pig sounding great on a shortie. Jerry playing some sharp guitar. Great version.

Playin' In The Band

Short one, only 4:37, but what's there is crisp and well-played.

Eyes Of The World
Aug. 6, 1974
Roosevelt Stadium

This one cooks. Put your steaks on the barbecue, forget the charcoal, lighter fluid and the match. This version is so hot, it's all you need.
Johnny B. Goode
July 17, 1989
Alpine Valley Music Theatre

How in the world can this version be ranked so low? It totally rocks and kicks butt. If you've ever heard someone say "The band was tight." and you didn't know what they meant, just listen to this. Tight as tight can be.

Not Fade Away

Alpine Valley Music Theatre

Jerry's intensity, energy and focus are off the charts. Quadruple fanning early on. Oh yeah - quadruple fanning again mid jam. He wails and shreds. The Fat Man still rocks!!!!
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
July 17, 1989
Alpine Valley Music Theatre

This version really cooks. Usually it's all about the transitional jam, but with this version, Jerry is doing his best guitar work during Rider, totally shredding it.
