Johnny B. Goode
Aug. 6, 1982
St. Paul Civic Center

Not my favorite way for Jerry to play it, but it still rocks.

Alabama Getaway

Moscone Convention Center

Jerry is all over the map with the lyrics.

Bird Song

Warfield Theater

Nice acoustic version.

On The Road Again
Sept. 29, 1980
Warfield Theater

It would be better if they played it a little faster.

I Fought The Law
April 5, 1993
Nassau Coliseum

Probably the most hated song they played - even moreso than Day Job.

Comments

Wang Dang Doodle
March 24, 1991
Knickerbocker Arena

The highlight is during the first instrumental jam where Jerry goes off on a saxophone solo.
Broken Arrow
April 6, 1994
Miami Arena

Phil's vocals start out rough, but things smooth out after the first verse.
That Would Be Something
March 30, 1995
The Omni

Nice spacey outro jam into Drums.
That Would Be Something
April 5, 1995
Jefferson Civic Center Coliseum

Right now, Boston 1991 is the leader in votes, but read my comments about that version. I feel undue credit is given to it for an unlabeled Mind Left Body Jam. This one has an exploratory jam in the middle, followed by passionate Jerry vocals and a nice outro jam.
That Would Be Something
Sept. 25, 1991
Boston Garden

The first 1:40 is a Mind Left Body Jam and has nothing to do with That Would Be Something. This should be labeled Mind Left Body Jam->That Would Be Something. What's left is about 2 minutes of That Would Be Something. Taking away the Mind Left Body Jam, 4-5-1995 is the best That Would Be Something, 5:46 of exploratory guitar work and passionate vocals where Jerry really goes at it.
