Don't Ease Me In
Sept. 12, 1982
Lakeland Civic Center

I love it when they close the show with an uptempo rocker.

Good energy and vocals. Solid version.

Autzen Stadium

Some frisky pickin' from Jerry, backed by Phil thumping away.

Uncle John's Band
July 16, 1970
Euphoria Ballroom

Jerry's guitar is in thee-toed sloth mode, but isn't it pretty?

Johnny B. Goode
April 5, 1995
Jefferson Civic Center Coliseum

It's almost as if they knew this would be the last time they played it and they went all out, given it was 1995. Bob's vocals are strong and Vince shines. It's worth a listen.
Johnny B. Goode
April 4, 1988
Civic Center

Jerry and Brent are sounding good and lead the way through the instrumental breaks.
Johnny B. Goode
Sept. 20, 1988
Madison Square Garden

Jerry's guitar solo is laid back and mellow. When it's Brent's turn, he eventually ups the tempo with a nice solo.
Johnny B. Goode
March 16, 1992
The Spectrum

Bob's voice is shot and that takes a lot away from this. Also, it's rather sluggish. The instrumental break, Vince steps on Bruce's work and Jerry needs to be bailed out. His diminishing skills show on this one.
Johnny B. Goode
May 24, 1992
Shoreline Amphitheatre

There's some really good action on the keys during the final instrumental break, with Jerry taking over to close that part out. For a while there, you'll think it's Brent playing.
