Uniquely sweet version, and tempo change following LRR.

Aiko opener, you KNOW! it's gonna be a good show. Little Bobby mic issue, but they seem to be hooked in from the start.

This one smokes from start to finish, a fire version to heat up the first set to a GREAT! '87 show!

They do Peggy-O and you're like, "Holy fuck, that was the Goddamn best thing I've ever heard!" and then they go ahead and melt your subcortex with this version of Music, and you're like, "Shit, that may have been the best thing I've ever heard!" And Donna's song for Rex in between is neat too.
Dancin' in the Streets
May 8, 1977
Barton Hall - Cornell University

Everyone talks about the Dew from this show, with good reason, but this Dancin' is jawdropping, it's so funky good. This is the tune that stands out for me on this stellar night, and that's saying something considering what else they did. They hooked into the great cosmic vortex during this song to end the 1rst set and it carried into the 2nd set, and right through to Buffalo.

This version is stunningly perfect, during what I think is the best night of the Golden Trinity. Jer's solo may be slightly better on 4/16 but he flubs the lyrics and his voice is off a little throughout. This one brings a sublime smile to my face every time I hear it, it's just so breathtakingly good. Of the top 5 versions you can't deny this is by far the best.

Great harmonies with the New Riders. Can't help but sing along!
