They sound a bit bored with it to my ears until Phil kicks them into gear around the 4:00 mark. Probably smart that they gave it a break after '71...

Jerry's voice certainly wasn't as enchanting in '84 as it was in '77, which matters for this song IMO, but instrumentally this version more than holds up!

Very slinky, sensual pace and vibe to this one. Prefer the famous versions from later in '71, but this one is very cool in its own right.
