Heady "PITB > Drums > TOO > Comes a Time > PITB."

The Palladium

One of the best versions I've ever heard, even with the not-so-great AUD.

Estimated Prophet

The Palladium

Dig into this nice first set "Estimated." Phil joins in on riffing on the main riff, which I’ve not heard before on this tour. Nice solo.

Lovely playing and singing from Jerry, and Keith is all over this first set.

The Palladium

Great Phil rips, nice vocal harmonies. Nice soloing on “Supplication.”

State Fairgrounds Coliseum

so much nasty bluesy Pig-era swagger in these NFA jams
Stella Blue

State Fairgrounds Coliseum

the confident, patient space of some hushed ritual. They're playing whispers in a temple. Destructive.
Stella Blue

State Fairgrounds Coliseum

One of the most expressive versions I've heard. and the > in and out are stellar blues
The Other One
Dec. 19, 1978
State Fairgrounds Coliseum

Hell yes! great set from a great run. Beginning of TOO drips in from space—threads and pounds its way into a great build back into the material—into an ethereal transition to Stella. Absolute must hear.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
Dec. 16, 1978
Nashville Municipal Auditorium

Another pounding version from this tour
