Turn On Your Love Light

RFK Stadium

Hornsby always makes Jerry play better. Here's the AUD I've been loving: https://archive.org/details/gd1991-06-14.sennME80.wklitz.94371.flac16

Pauley Pavilion

Short (and an AUD patch), but kicks off a wonderful sequence.

Shakedown Street

Same here. I listened to the matrix and Phil is booming. Awesome part around 8:50 in; bouncy groove and interplay between the 3 main lead players (and Bobbys adding nice parts in background).
Playin' In The Band
Sept. 18, 1974
Parc des Expositions

This is killer stuff. Phil's tone grabbed me from the beginning, and he and Billy are MVPs of this version. I can't tell if it's quite a Sly reference or not, but both passages have similarities (rhythmically, bouncing around an octave/minor pentatonic type riff). And hell yes to Buddy Miles! I love the stuff with Band of Gypsies more than Hendrix's stuff with the Experience in a lot of ways, mostly because Miles would just lay down these *fat* grooves and let Hendrix shred atop them.
Greatest Story Ever Told
March 31, 1973
War Memorial

Hot rocking version! (Donna’s a bit much at points though). I didn't hear the St. Stephen, sorry.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
April 13, 1984
Hampton Coliseum

Decent Scarlet, but there's a nice peak in Fire and then some cool talking drum parts. The echo effects were cool, but the SBD sounded really hot at that point.
New Potato Caboose

the jam > drums > jam > feedback out of this is simply classic Dead. Must not miss it!
