Encore version from a show that deserves some love.

The Spectrum

There are some tempo fluctuations, but Jerry is hot this whole show.

Terrapin Station
Oct. 18, 1989
The Spectrum

Great playing from the entire band in this version, and kicks off a nice "TS > Drums > Space."

Queen Jane Approximately

The whole thing is great, but Jerry's solo is so melodic and joyful, how can you not love it?

Welcome aboard cellarblue. Surprised this wasn't already on here!
Dancin' in the Streets

Swing Auditorium

Wheeeww! What a hot little version! Garcia spanks this.
Playin' In The Band
June 29, 1973
Universal Amphitheatre

Atmospheric, lots of Billy that makes this sound jazzy. The whole band is playing together, and I think Garcia being slightly lower in the mix helps convey that. Very nice version. And, sleuth, don't miss 06-22! There's a killer matrix and the show is a thriller.
Not Fade Away
Aug. 26, 1971
Gaelic Park

Be advised, Phil bombs destroy the tape itself in the ending portion.
The Other One
Aug. 26, 1971
Gaelic Park

It gets underway and a long way aways quickly. It sounds like they’re exploring the emptier space left around the absence of Mickey’s parts. Some occasional tape problems. Phil lead jam after the verse, which the entire band jumps on quickly. Fragmenting. Slowly breaks down (and Bobby seems to wander in and out of the mix, which is a shame) and then reconstitute itself into the main riff. If you’re reading this, this will probably be your thing and you should listen.
