Beautiful version. Equally delicate and powerful. Wonderful performances from everyone.

this whole show is more sedate and slower than some of the others from earlier this week/tour. Nice Jerry support, good vocals from Bobby.

you're either going to love Jerry's filigree or take it as noodling. I think it adds something to the cowboy songs.

Indeed it is! Jerry steps out of his usual patterns some in the first solo, which is extended to a decent length. Keith in particular elevates this version.

Cool effects from Keith during the breakdown, and the crowd eats this one up. Very high energy!

The reprise is worth a comment as well because of the delicate transition from "Comes a Time." The matrix really captures the decrescendo before the move back to major and the song’s main theme.

Jerry’s tone is liquid silver. Nice harmonies from Donna, Keith supporting Jerry’s guitar lines, rhythm section keeps everything from dragging (no small feat, considering how slow they’re playing).

Phil playing some cool descending lines in cyclic patterns of changing lengths. Slow and exploratory full band playing (although it’s hard to pick Keith out of the matrix on the Archive, and he’s been shining the full show before this). Jam never moves aimlessly; gains momentum towards “Drums,” but seems to fall into it.
