Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
June 12, 1992
Knickerbocker Arena

Extended workout for this suite on this June Knickerbocker occasion. Deep into that first Fire jam Jerry arrives at the song’s intro riffs and (the video doesn’t show it) I recall this being the point where Bob is really thrown for a loop and comes through it with a “What the heck was that?” expression that is also comedic and once again reinforces that “it goes to show you don’t ever know.” Strong show for ’92.

Cosmic Cowboy Zenith
Casey Jones

The Omni

Agree with 03 on the misplaced inquiry. Nevertheless, the horn was also blown at 3/13/92, but no Casey. Not one of my more memorable shows, but the horn is hard to forget.

The link dropped in the Deal 4/26/77 comments the other day works. I just watched this Promised Land again. So instead of a link, go to YT and search GD 4-27-77. Check out the whole show!
