Extended workout for this suite on this June Knickerbocker occasion. Deep into that first Fire jam Jerry arrives at the song’s intro riffs and (the video doesn’t show it) I recall this being the point where Bob is really thrown for a loop and comes through it with a “What the heck was that?” expression that is also comedic and once again reinforces that “it goes to show you don’t ever know.” Strong show for ’92.
