Huge oversight here? This is a Cryptical to measure other Crypticals by.

Gritty, bluesy LL perfection!

Awesome Good Lovin' from a historically significant show; day after Altamont.

Beautiful harmonica jamming with Jer. Perhaps extra 'bluesy' because it's the day after Altamont?

Dark Hollow
Sept. 20, 1970
Fillmore East

I started listening to this set and when I came to Dark Hollow I immediately checked to see how it rated on headyversion.com. Pleased to see I am not alone. As the Carrion Crow says it's simply a flawless early Dead acoustic set. Must listen material.
Dark Star

Fillmore East

Truly unlike any other DS I've ever heard. Not really spacey at all but sort of funky and righteous.
St. Stephen
June 7, 1969
Fillmore West

Man, just add me to the Carrion_Crow train like Dude420 said. A stellar SS from a stellar night. Jerry simply on fire.
The Eleven

Fillmore West

Carrion_Crow once again nails it. Jerry absolutely owns this night and is bursting at the seams on each and every song. Oh, and the night ends with Janis in on Lovelight.

This needs more love! Whole 2nd set is just insane but it's an absolutely perfect St. Stephen and sandwiched between all-time DS and NFA to boot. The second set starts with DS and they don't stop for about an hour... DS-SS-NFA-Lovelight. Un. Real.
