Huge oversight here? This is a Cryptical to measure other Crypticals by.

Awesome Good Lovin' from a historically significant show; day after Altamont.

Beautiful harmonica jamming with Jer. Perhaps extra 'bluesy' because it's the day after Altamont?

Candyman
Dec. 15, 1986
Oakland Coliseum Arena

Going through this show just now, just over 30 years to the day. I was there; the first show after Jerry's coma. Personally my 3rd show ever. If it isn't a perfect 10 in form I'd still give it an 11 for the goosebumps with the crowd's roar.
Black Muddy River

I loved this song the first time I heard it and I heard it a few times afterward. Seems like none of my friends liked it but to me it was the perfect match for Jerry's voice. Old soul.
Touch of Grey
Dec. 15, 1986
Oakland Coliseum Arena

I'm being reduced to tears right now. Transported back in time and space. I'm 19, a college freshman, and I've driven up from SoCal with my college buds in my old '69 bug. It's my 3rd show ever; first two were two nights in Irvine earlier in the year. I loved the experience I had at Irvine. But the love being expressed at these shows and the roars during the opener in particular... that's the real thing. Y'know? Anyway, the matrix of this show is mighty fine.
Loser
March 24, 1990
Knickerbocker Arena

FYI there is a Matrix version avail. to stream on Archive.org (despite comments to contrary) and it is MUST LISTEN. As others have said... major goosebumps. And all around otherwise an exemplary late era show.
The Other One
May 29, 1969
Robertson Gym, U.C.S.B.

On Archive.org this show and May 11, 1969 (San Diego) are one and the same and consensus seems to be the actual date is the 11th. Anyone know if that is correct?
