Everytime this song comes up I always lament that this song could have been an amazing jam vehicle for the band. These short but jazzy '79 versions show why. I always wish the pre "Flight of the seabirds" jam was stretched out just a bit more.

Jerry really battles his guitar to get the solo out in this version. Lots of feedback problems. Jerry eventually prevails which makes for a cool version worthy of a listen.
