The AUD is amazing. Keith shines, and everybody's into it. Bootstrap '76 knockin' down your door.

One of their truly psychedelic songs, on a truly psychedelic night. Incredible transition from Cryptical.

UNBEATABLE.

A perfect '76 take on the song, groovin' boogie! Bobby is excellent.
Ship of Fools

As good as it gets. Perfect companion to a nug.
Turn On Your Love Light
Aug. 6, 1971
Hollywood Palladium

Deep jams, focused and soulful. I am quite the Lovelight-enthusiast, and this one i certainly a favourite of mine. A particular highlight is when they all carefully fall back into the theme, with this dreamy quality no other Lovelight (that i've heard) can present. From 17:46 until the end is total heaven. "Let it shine!"
Dark Star
Feb. 13, 1970
Fillmore East

Timeless, ethereal, unreal, flowing and distant but dearly intimate at the same time. The absolute benchmark Dark Star. Many Dark Stars are as good, (or better, depends on subjective taste) but this is the first one that breached that divine veil of their 70s jams.
