Jerry knocks the solo right into the French countryside. Billy has some nice fills and the quality is pristine! One of 71s best shows

Giants Stadium

Super tight post verse jam here. Surprisingly unlisted, considering it was just released as part of the Giants Stadium Box set

Cannot believe this one is not listed! Man this one rips, such a better solo and all around playing than so many versions already listed!

Doin' That Rag
May 24, 1969
Seminole Indian Village

Jerry does not disappoint on the solo, really takes it to a great place and they roll into He Was a Friend of Mine without a seconds hesitation, which is unreal in its own right. Kicks off a nice Doin That Rag>He Was a Friend of Mine> China Cat> The Eleven. Sick stuff
Terrapin Station

Winterland Arena

This is the one for me. After listening to many others on this list, I can find only a few thst I feel are comparable. 2/26/77, 1/22/78, to name a pair. Beautiful intro, very solid playing throughout. Wonderful communication on display from everyone. Around the 11:30 mark, Jerry and Keith really take this one to transcendant heights. Jerry's solo that follows is perfectly counterpointed by Phil, note for note. Flows into a very interesting drums, noted as "Alhambra" which itselfs builds into an awesome NFA>Stephen>Around and Around. UJB encore to boot. First Scarlet Fire, as well earlier in the show. 77, what a year

Absolutely fuckin wild, takes you right to the stratosphere and Phil is bombing the whole way through. What can I say that hasn't been covered? Unreal pitb. I've seen photos tagged as 11/18/72 at the Hofheinz with Jerry wearing a Nudie Suit, which would only make this version that little bit more epic. I'm pretty sure he did wear it at least the next night, which is itself a great show. I know the boys all busted them out for NYE 72.
