Also if you listen to the Charlie Miller source, listen after the song to Bill Graham. This gave me chills, I cannot fathom how incredible it must have been to attend a show on this night or any night with the Dead. Truly the greatest of all-time

Pigpen's voice on the Charlie Miller tape is frickin phenomenal. So much emotion and it captures the '71 sound of this tune so well. In awe listening to this. Best version ever???
