This one floats. Great sound for the early Jack Straw, I dig it.

Johnny B. Goode
Nov. 11, 1973
Winterland Arena

Ooooooooh this one is good
Eyes Of The World
Nov. 11, 1973
Winterland Arena

This Dark Star is not as high for me as for many others, however I would be remissed to not point out the incredible outro into this spectacular Eyes of the World. This is A+ Dead material.
Promised Land
Nov. 11, 1973
Winterland Arena

Holy cow, this isn't the most high energy or fast Promised Land but has such a dreamy and wonderful sound on this Charlie Miller tape. Already sounds like it's going to be a great show...
And We Bid You Goodnight
Nov. 8, 1969
Fillmore West

this one's always so damn catchy!
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Nov. 8, 1969
Fillmore West

This version is awesome! Obviously love the later China Riders but this primal version shows much of what is to come in the future. Full of energy
