Playin' In The Band
Sept. 15, 1973
Providence Civic Center

Great version out of a nice Bird Song that suffers due to only an audience recording existing. Still definitely worth the listen though

High energy Truckin with a brief instrumental Nobody's Fault jam that segues perfectly into Smokestack to end set 1

Kings Beach Bowl

Crazy to see this song as a different kind of jamming vehicle in early '68, the transition into The Eleven is sublime
It's All Over Now Baby Blue
Feb. 24, 1974
Winterland Arena

I think the slower encore after this monster of a second set and barn-burner ending makes perfect sense. I'm sure this was more than well received at the time as it sounds beautiful 46 years later

Winterland Arena

WOW this version absolutely smokes. And for a song with lots of smoking versions, this one stands above many. Easily one of the best versions I've ever heard
Morning Dew
Feb. 24, 1974
Winterland Arena

I think I can safely say that this version goes on my Morning Dew Mount Rushmore with 5/26/72, 5/8/77, and 9/18/87. Absolutely incredible all the way through. And I do agree with that comment about '74 Dews. Wonderful year.
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Feb. 24, 1974
Winterland Arena

Everyone's here to comment on the > section, but this I Know You Rider has to be one of (if not THE) best!
