Nobody's Fault But Mine

This one has more of an Other One-ish feel than most...they seem like they're pushing for it but end up going in a completely different direction

One of the best mellow blues versions...killer noodles from Jerry

Very graceful playing on this one, gets kind of spacey leading up to a smooth as butter transition into Dark Star.

Truckin'

Olympiahalle

Killer jam out of this Truckin' with a huge peak that gives way to some fast-paced space-jazz from Jerry, and landing on a quick little mellow MLBJ

Beautiful, mellow version. Garica's tone is especially sweet, with an almost country-ish flavor; sounds like he's using a bit of slide?

Playin' In The Band
May 21, 1974
Edmundson Pavilion

I dig this one a lot. I don't think it's the best Playin' despite its length, but there are some awesome segments that will definitely keep me coming back. The jamming right around the 30 min. mark, for example, is especially wicked!

Rossevelt Stadium

Jerry's tone is very crunchy and distorted at times...he repeats a wild Main Ten-like figure during the jam that gets really intense. Love it!

Hole-lee-sheet!!! Outrageous Dark Star, one of the very best ever!!!!!
