Nobody's Fault But Mine
Feb. 22, 1974
Winterland Arena

This one has more of an Other One-ish feel than most...they seem like they're pushing for it but end up going in a completely different direction

One of the best mellow blues versions...killer noodles from Jerry

Very graceful playing on this one, gets kind of spacey leading up to a smooth as butter transition into Dark Star.

Olympiahalle

Killer jam out of this Truckin' with a huge peak that gives way to some fast-paced space-jazz from Jerry, and landing on a quick little mellow MLBJ

Mind Left Body Jam

Beautiful, mellow version. Garica's tone is especially sweet, with an almost country-ish flavor; sounds like he's using a bit of slide?

The Other One

Fox Theatre

This is one of my favorites of '77. '76-'77 Other Ones are typically too mellow for my taste, but this one is en fuego!

Legendary.
Dark Star
Dec. 5, 1971
Felt Forum - Madison Square Garden

Incredible Dark Star! They must change direction a dozen times in the first half alone, all the while sounding beautifully fluid. The transition into MAMU is so perfect...they NAIL IT!!! Real nice weirdness in the second half as well that will be sure to get you nice and melty.
Truckin'

Parc des Expositions

Sweet, groovy version with a MONSTER Caution Jam!
China Doll
June 20, 1974
The Omni

Probably the best China Doll. Jerry's fuzztone during the breaks gives an even more melancholy and forboding tone to the song than usual.
