The Other One
Oct. 23, 1973
Metropolitan Sports Center

^^^ killer recommend Dannydread. You are soooo right on with that assessment. Sometimes when asked favorite Dead tune I'll respond "jam"
Morning Dew
Sept. 26, 1981
Buffalo Auditorium

^^^ fantastic version. That specific bias is, imho, the best Dead reason to love a particular version. First version heard and/or saw live makes for a deep imprint
Sugar Magnolia
Feb. 21, 1971
Capitol Theater

^^^ just paused 7/8/78 Wharf Rat viewtiful_alan when I saw the song, year and your comments. '71 heads, stop everything and crank this up.
Estimated Prophet
Nov. 24, 1978
Capitol Theatre

^^^ true story. Nice rec. Estimated is fantastic with yet another nice outro and the Shakedown is the boss
Crazy Fingers
July 13, 1976
Orpheum Theatre

Hey grendel, I hadn't listened to anything from June '76 since about this time yesterday. But also haven't listened to this Crazy Fingers in a while. This thing really delivers. It has a feel and rhythm and even mood that makes me think of a Waltz.
