Gonna have to disagree with this being the best. I think it is far from the best version, and truely believe the only reason its up this high is because its the first version, and probably was the version that got alot of people turned onto terrapin.

it is unfortunate that only three people voted for this version, when a bunch of 90's made this list. Seriously people you need to listen to this version. Its not the best terrapin ever, but its damn better than 75% of the terrapins on this list. My only guess as to why this show and version gets overlooked is because of the historic shows that come in the days following this show. Jeez do yourself a favor, stop whatever it is your doing right now, head over to archive and listen to the second set. You will thank me for it, and you will agree it is one of the most underrated shows ever.

Imho this is THE version from the 90's. Hell maybe THE version since the 70's. While maybe not the most beautiful version of terrapin, this version has a jam that feels like it is a 60's-70's dark star or playin. So normally jerry and the gang take off behind the stage when terrapin is played fight before drumspace, but not this time. Jerry stays out and proceeds to jam out. Very unique and very unusual. Extremely surprised it is as low on this page as it is.
