Sugar Magnolia

Awesome with Bobby and Brent going back and forth vocally during the SSDD segment while the rest of the band tears the place down.

Aiko Aiko

Boston Garden

Another well played late era Aiko. Not sure why but Jerry really dug into Aiko over the last 2-3 years, some very hot later era Aiko's.

Franklin's Tower
March 13, 1982
Reno Centennial Coliseum

Here is a hot blistering Franklin's with out it's partners. Jerry is sizzling rapid fire try to keep up with it version. I do not know if it is the best stand alone Franklin's, I do know it is certainly heady and a freaking barnburner at that. If it were longer i think it would be no argument but it is rather short for Franklin's.
Days Between
May 29, 1995
Portland Meadows

I think he gets almost all the words right and the one flub sounds find and he re-sings it correctly, powerful late era balladry, Really nails the Phantom Ships and the finest ever seen, He just backs himself up beautifully making his guitar just wail in pain as he emotionally belts out these amazing Hunter lyrics. I love this. GOes to show you sometimes hear stuff live better and worse than it really is.
Victim Or The Crime
June 4, 1995
Shoreline Amphitheatre

Has that cool newer more melodious introduction, almost Samsesque. This leads into a rather trippy Victim is heady and filled with solid improv on this evening. The jam does get out there and leads into the only San Francisco area Unbroken Chain performed live by the Grateful Dead.
Playin' In The Band
Aug. 2, 1976
Colt Park

Hidden Gem if this were a sounboard this along with many other songs from the evening would be very high up on the leader board. Very long intense reprise out of GDTRFB. Fantastic stuff long and spacey jam led by Jerry. The crowd is just eating this up.
Wharf Rat
Aug. 2, 1976
Colt Park

The transition out of playin is fantastic,Jerry Sings this with intense passion giving every line that little extra something, the crowd is eating it up. Donna's background vocals are beautiful and on point. Very spacey heady feel to this classic. The nice audience recording certainly adds to the energy makes you feel as if you were there on this evening.
