Playin' In The Band
Oct. 24, 1979
Springfield Civic Center Arena

Lots of Jerry noodling, tons of Phil bass TONS, and some nice additions from the new guy, not to mention the drummers laying down a furious beat. This is a nice spacy and jazzy playin. Lots of note bending from Jerry, a very fun version from a great tour.
High Time
Sept. 17, 1982
Cumberland County Civic Center

Wow great version appears early in this set 2. Very emotional version with Jerry clearly driving the song and the jam forward. Phils bomb at the end is goosebumb inducing.
Playin' In The Band
Sept. 15, 1982
Capital Centre

Fantastic version, opens the show then keeps popping its head up to jam throughout the evening. Very cool heady creative stuff.
Mind Left Body Jam
April 8, 1972
Wembley Empire Pool

On the day when I was born, This show has always has a special place in my heart. One of my all time favorites and its my day of birth show. Got on the bus in 1986 just before touch hit but i didd not get to see them live until i was 17 in 1989 and i didnt stop and will be seeing Fare the well in Chicago thanks to some luck with ticket bastard for a change. Seats suck but i a m there. A great part of what has always been one of my favorite dark stars.
Take A Step Back

There is actually also a healy messed with step back earlier before Ramble on Rose as well. Very trippy, multiple Step Back show.
