China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Dec. 31, 1980
Oakland Auditorium

Typically tight pairing, this show has one of the most amazing setlists you will ever see and it is performed with excellence throughout. This is a rather unheralded NYE show but certainly has some real tight sweet moments.

Melloooooooow is right this is one laid back sweet lullaby. Absolutely gorgeous hymn like performance. "On the way out Uncle Bobo has provided you with some breakfast." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTHnKA2P1r0

He's Gone

Richfield Coliseum

This is a song that has several strong versions even in 1994-95. Another good late era example.

I, along with many it seems, can not get enough of this box set. It wasn't cheap but was worth the price. Thank you to al for such a classy issue. I love IT! So much wonderful music. This is a rare set one appearance to boot.
