Drums

The Omni

Heavy calypso rhythms & monstrous punctuation via The Beast make for an epic Drums out of Terrapin. 5 star stuff.

In combo with the equally stunning "Eyes" to follow this is an unheralded, wah-wah Jerry-heavy, Bobby/Donna vocal gem.

Sily smooth Althea from Providence. Rich Jerry vocals & of course, chunks o'Phil. This deserves a listen & some votes!

Short but oh so sweet fuzzfest of Brent-centric gooyness seamlessly into a typically funkified 1980 NFA

RFK Stadium

Just a lovely version from a great run of shows. Delicate playing by all and a beautifully paced solo by Jerry.

Love this debut version for its sheer power and speed and especially Jerry's ad-lib lyrical add-ons ("had a sinking feeling I was falling"/"heard a sweet voice calling...").,,only thing missing is an instrumental mid-section jam, but it's still an A+ version for its kicking hot out of the gate rock on vibe. Big +1 here.

Deserves to be in double digits at the very least. Long jam into wind in the willows, lots of Brent in the transition jam and a very good fire. 1982 was a hit or miss year show wise overall but the Scar>Fires are consistently good.

For true, and Brent is doing those sweeping flourishes for a great, peppy '82. Source provided is also one of the better AUDs I've heard from this year. This GDTRFB is indeed a smoker that's gone unnoticed til now and could use some bump.

Excellent go-to when you want a faster paced, compact jam vehicle for Garcia to show off his signature late 60's grunge riffs. A version that deserves more attention and probably doesn't get it for its shorter length, but really packs a great punch and flows beautifully as well. Great recommend.
