Hey Now! Played on Mardi Gras day with 10 minute drum percussion lead-in to start the 2nd set! You'll like what the Big Chief say.

Not Space, but since there's no category for "jam" this beautiful calypso improv out of WomenRsmarter will have to do (also has an "Eyes" tease)

From the show always overshadowed by the next night, which is a shame. Fantastic Jerry/Brent conversation mid-jam. Give a listen!

3 versions on archive. Grab the SBD seeded by Brian Cole. Listen to the insane end jam. Listen to the whole thing. This is an A+++ version!

The Palladium

One of those shows that screams for a clean SBD. Suffers not from performance but from available sound quality.

why am i not seeing this song listed on any of the archive versions of this show?

^^^^ It happens sometimes, brother, it happens ;-) Sticking by my two cents on this one, though...love what it does.
Playin' In The Band

Boston Garden

Spiritual cousin to 8/27/72 and 6/22/73. Brilliantly executed by all, with an especially amazing performance from Billy on the drums. Gorgeous rendition made even more enjoyable with the sound from Dap21 release. Needs to be heard by many and upvoted by many more out of the single digits as soon as is humanly possible. Come on, folks. This version is a true work of art.

^^^ Yeah, they sure do--there's a give and take between Jerry and Keith here that reminds me of the back and forth between Garcia and Mydland on Shakedown 4/6/82, and how about some props for Jerry nailing all the lyrics in this one? This whole version is way WAY better than the 4 votes it currently has at the time I'm submitting this. Slinky, funky groove, a version in keeping with this whole show being almost Just Exactly Perfect, Up it if you agree,
