Hard charging rocker from the first legendary post-Brent show. Best modern day version.

Coming out of a solid "Scarlet -> Fire," this is a great version. Fun, bouncy, good singing from Bob.

Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain

Richfield Coliseum

I said this above but I still don't see how 9/13/93 or 3/23/95 are ahead by so many votes.

Terrific version.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain

Richfield Coliseum

Still the most underrated "FOTM" in the history of "FOTM"s.

I actually used to think is one of the few weak points in the show. Compared to some of the better 1991 versions (3/21, 6/7, 6/19, 6/25, 9/4 ) this one doesn't have anything too out of the ordinary nor does it climax the way I like my "FOTM"s do. But as a more subdued version in tribute to Graham, it works.
Samba In The Rain

Vince's diction is often awful and trying to figure out what he's singing the first several times I heard it is a big part of why I hate it. The lyrics are also pretty embarrassing, all the more so when you realize Hunter wrote them. I wonder if he did it just to spite Vince, because Hunter obviously hadn't lost the plot when it came to writing for Jerry ("So Many Roads," "Days Between").
