This, "Saint" and of course "Visions" remarkably solid for 1995.

Jerry lays it down nice and smooth. Bob's animated and Vince is even great here. Last great show.

Fun NYC version...9/20 is better, though.

Let's really make an effort to get this one in the Top 5, it really does belong there. The pacing is perfect, and Jerry's playing is delicious.

Deer Creek Music Center

Amazing version. Goes into deep space 9 real quick and beyond. Freakout central.

Seriously guys, this should honestly be # 1. I'm not kidding. The slinky, full steam ahead versions from the 1990s' clobber the tame pre-break versions; it took what was essentially one of their most throwaway songs and turned it into a real crowd pleaser. The "Thank you for a real good time" refrain becomes as much a genuine message to the crowd as a double entendre within the context of the song. It's a completely different beast from the 1973-74 versions, a stronger, powerful, and frankly better one.

One of the highlights of my all time favorite show.

i don't care what you say about 10/26/89. There is no scarier DS moment than the dead silence around the 8:30 mark here. And then later on it becomes the happiest DS ever. Freaky shit. Not to be missed
