Beat it on Down The Line
Oct. 3, 1994
Boston Garden

"Beat It" beat it after this one. Abrupt, sloppy lead-in but the song itself is tight and enthusiastic.

Hell in a Bucket

Shoreline Amphitheatre

I was shocked not to see this one from the famous PPV solstice broadcast.

Bertha

Soldier Field

Phil's all over this one. Really urgent upbeat version.

Hell in a Bucket
Sept. 8, 1990
Coliseum

Great opener for Vince's second show. Jerry's solos are rippin' and Bob's possessed. Nice subtle work from Vinny.

Jack Straw

Springfield Civic Center

Surprised this ain't here. Lyrically perfect (another Clive ad lib from Bobby) and Jerry kills the transition jam.

Man Smart, Woman Smarter
March 20, 1992
Copps Coliseum

Best post-Brent version. I miss his ballsy belting on the second verse on versions after he passed, but this one is great thanks to Bruce and Jerry.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
May 3, 1986
Cal Expo

A rare version of this combo where I think the "Scarlet" is more exciting than the "Fire." Excellent version overall, though.
New Speedway Boogie
Feb. 19, 1991
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum

How is this fucking low? Though "New Speedway" had a banner comeback throughout 1991, the first bust-out is the best; it has killer momentum, Jerry nails the words, and the crowd reaction is priceless. Get the Vernon aud, which sounds excellent and captures the crowd's reaction.
Dark Star
June 17, 1991
Giants Stadium

There's a hint of "The Other One" in there as well before "Drums."
When I Paint My Masterpiece
June 17, 1991
Giants Stadium

Bruce even sneaks in an accordian tease of DS DURING the song.
