Beat it on Down The Line

"Beat It" beat it after this one. Abrupt, sloppy lead-in but the song itself is tight and enthusiastic.

I was shocked not to see this one from the famous PPV solstice broadcast.

Phil's all over this one. Really urgent upbeat version.

Great opener for Vince's second show. Jerry's solos are rippin' and Bob's possessed. Nice subtle work from Vinny.

Surprised this ain't here. Lyrically perfect (another Clive ad lib from Bobby) and Jerry kills the transition jam.

Gave this one another listen and liked it a lot more.

Should be WAAAAYYY higher. Jerry gets after it like a jack rabbit fucking.

Vince's first is a must hear. Anyone who thinks the post-Brent decline was an instantaneous thing needs to listen to these September East Coast shows. Vince's tone was much cleaner and natural sounding than 1992 onward.

This one should shoot way up to the list. The transition is stone cold brilliance and the "Fire" is a nuclear assault.
