The Eleven

Sandwiched in one of the craziest dead jams. Jerry's guitar screams and sings and Phil lays it down...doesn't get much better than this!!
Good Morning Little Schoolgirl

Fillmore West

Smokin' schoolgirl. Pig's harmonica solo melts into Garcia's hot blues licks. This is an awesome way to open a killer show.
Mind Left Body Jam
Nov. 11, 1973
Winterland Arena

Coming out of an epic Dark Star, when your finished and look back at where you started, you have no idea what happened and how you got there. You just know that it was a good trip.
The Other One
Dec. 31, 1990
Coliseum Arena

Don't let the "it's good" comment fool you. This is one of the best 90's Other Ones. Jerry makes his guitar wail. The band builds up for a little while before Phil DROPS THE BOMBS!!! Bobby's vocal distortion makes the song dark and weird. The interplay between Jerry and Branford especially in the break between verses just makes this one of the best Other Ones post 1978, and definitely the best Post Brent Other One.
Sugar Magnolia

I totally agree. This is my favorite sugar mag from my favorite dead show. Jerry GOES OFF like a man possessed. Only Garcia could put that many notes together in such a quick succession and keep it with the melody of the song. He makes that guitar sing like no one else can!!!!
