2/26/77 is my fav ‘77 show, but I have a hard time squaring that with this one. Just astounding from start-to-finish, song-to-song. And no different here; what an version! Jerr is on another planet: focused, yet improvisationally brilliant. The stamina!!!

Best Scarlet of ‘84 for the 2nd totally outrageous Jerr solo alone, but the 4/13 Fire can’t be beat, even with Jerr going HAM this entire show + the super-smooth transition jam. I mean, it’s a week later, they were rolling…
