What they said. Unique version. You can hear ‘73 + ‘77 coalesce here.

Complete insanity that is so low. *The* best version, along with 4/22/78. Powdered versions or GTFO. Full stop. This is the sound of America in spring ‘78, with all of her flaws and growing pains at that time. Fingers in the air, hootin’ + hollerin’ - this is the embodiment of those days. Different world, and a lucky one for us to experience. *Original comment: This. Is. *The*. One. Fold ‘em up and let’s go home, folks. Good ol’ Grateful Dead! Possibly the best version, after they’d just thrown down the vest S>F ever. (Yes, indeed).

Yeah, dis China Cat be funkadelic, then they throw down a powerful Rider. Good ol’ under appreciated ‘79.

After what goes from an absolutely smokin’ start to Bertha to a total disaster 3/4’s of the way through, everyone seems ready to take five. Phil, however, has other ideas and forges onward, pulling the rest of the crew with him, and they quickly regain their footing to throw down an all-time rendition. As the gentleman stated, the Devils are going off here, with some of the best fills of the era. Do your ears a favor.
