Feel Like A Stranger

Funky stuff. Jerry makes some excellent licks and Brent has fine supporting contributions. Heady, for sure

Friend of the Devil

I really dig this version. Bouncy and understated. Bobby and Keith with excellent supportive rhythmic contributions. Jerry with country twang vocals

End jam is very dense and thick. Very strong effort with great backing from the rhythm devils

China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
March 26, 1987
Hartford Civic Center

Hot, compact ChinaCat jam, but the highlight is Jerry hammering the "headlight" lyric in Rider. Gave me chills (as most similar later versions do)

Estimated Prophet

Civic Center

Very tight version. Jerry nails the noodles richly, making for a far out excursion. Only issue is a seemingly rushed Eyes segue

Playin' In The Band
Sept. 23, 1972
Palace Theater

This one really moves along. Not a lull in sight. I have been all over Keith's manbag recently and this version is no different. Guy shines in his fills. Playin's slayed in fall '72 and this one is a definitely on par
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider

Tivolis Koncertsal

Merriam webster defines "heady" as Keith's fills in this China > Rider transition. Guy is an unsung hero. F'n tasty China jam here

The Other One
April 26, 1972
Jahrhunderthalle

It has been a very long time since I have spun this show. Good to see that this O1 can still birth a cosmic brain baby after all of this time. Myriad stylistic shifts, from jam segment to jam segment. There is a several minute jam portion in the middle that is straight nasty
Eyes Of The World
March 25, 1990
Knickerbocker Arena

To double down on my comments for this version, this one is fucking fire! Definitely does not get the dap it deserves. Set the table for the Branford sit in, but stands wholeheartedly on its own as a blissful, intricate, driving masterpiece.
