Loved how they came out of Spanish Jam into The Wheel. I was at this show and loved the whole 2nd set. Try 7/22/84

I love the intro jam from this show and the version is on my running playlist. 77 was an amazing year and Englishtown could agualby be the "BEST SHOW". With that being said, NFA was way better in the 80s. 7/22/84, 4/28/85... these versions Rock the EFF out of NFA. Bo Diddly beats only get you so far. The lack of the intro to the verse, (bop BAHHH, bop bop) just drives me crazy and I feel takes away from the song. I love a good jam (being a deadhead), but I feel that they were just too lazy.

A fantastic version to cap off a brilliant show. Jerry never leaves the stage at the end and Bob finally getss everyone to do "Bop, bop, bop... bop bop". I love NFA because it's a song that you can really hear the differences in eras. This era, IMO, was the best. While I agree that '77 was among the best years of the dead (and WAY better than '84) NFA was best here. 77 - 78 NFAs were dirges. They didn't do the signature intro to the verse. These mid 80s ones just drip Rock and Roll.. It was just a shame there were a bit too many of them.... Throwing Stones > NFA....
